Apostle Celestia J. Gibson was born and raised in Mansfield, Ohio. She is married and the mother of three children, as well as two step-daughters who are just as precious to her as her own children. She is also the spiritual mother to many sons and daughters. She has been a foster mother to many children as well.
Apostle Gibson was called into the ministry in 1980 and later ordained in the A.M.E. Church. She is the founder of several ministries: MWC Evangelistic Outreach Ministry, Inc.; Men For Jesus Outreach Ministry; and Hope For the Children Outreach Ministry.
She has continued to have a committed passion and desire to see women reach their full potential in God, and the divine connections that continue to be Gods' way of connecting her to women of all walks of life, have become a great blessing to her.
She has written several books: Walking In The Faith of God, Divine Connections, The Fellowship of His Suffering, And He Gave Some, Apostles, Recognizing the Father's Love and the Bottom Line.
Apostle Gibson went back to school in the fall of 2009, she has received 4 certificates for being on the Dean's List through out her time as a student and holds a 3.75 grade average. She graduates from Cuyahoga Community College on May 17, 2012 with honors.....she gives all glory to God for His faithfulness unto her!
